I can't praise Russell too highly. He was brilliant throughout the whole process of selling my father's house. It took a long time to get the house on the market due to complex probate issues, but once it did, Russell lined up lots of viewings and I soon had offers. The sale progressed quickly from there. All through the long waiting time, Russell kept in touch. He found me people to look after the garden and to clear the house, he kept checking in with my solicitor. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I cannot thank Beth and Russell enough for their support through the sale of my property. They didn’t just come around and value my house, they gave amazing advice on how it could look more appealing without the cost of a big project. The communication was so frequent, I will miss speaking to Beth about her new friend, my pup Ronnie!
I trusted them 100% with everything and the sale went smoothly even though there were a couple of bumps in the road considering my circumstances. We went from chain to no chain, and the communication between us and the buyers was in line so everyone knew what was going on which I found gave me less stress knowing everyone was on the same page.
Honestly, would never use another estate agents again due to the amazing communication, tailored and personal approach and just all around lovely people who definitely have a passion for property and their clients. Thank you guys!!
