Selling your Gloucester Home??
Gloucester home sellers need to be careful and make sure you understand what you are signing for when instructing an estate agent to sell your home.

Once again we have had a Gloucester homeowner contact us struggling with their estate agent only to find out they are tied in to a lengthy contract. We have often talked about this to raise awareness and to try and stop people getting caught out but sadly it is still happening.

This latest contract has tied this poor seller into a 26-week contract and furthermore they then have to give 28 days' notice after that! They have been on the market for a month and are already feeling fed up but they are tied in until the middle of June with their existing agent.

We have given them some advice to try and help them best work with their current agent but this is a further warning to sellers to make sure you know what you are signing for.

There is no place for these type of contracts and if your estate agent is that confident that they can deliver on their promises, then they shouldn't feel the need for one either.

Please get in touch if you need any help or have any questions or want an estate agent that does things better.
